Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to stop using the Site.

10. Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 'The Balanced Vision' from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees resulting from your violation of these T&Cs or your use of the Site.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State/Province of North Holland and the country of The Netherlands.

12. Entire Agreement and Modifications: These T&Cs and our Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and 'The Balanced Vision' regarding the Site. We reserve the right to revise and update these T&Cs from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them.
