The Internal Capacity Blueprint™
Your Personalized Journey to Intentional Capacity
The "Push" worked... until it didn't. You know how to do it all and you’re able to make things work. You’ve built your career on "The Push"—driving through deadlines, over-delivering, and pulling your way to the next peak. But lately, the system has glitched.
Maybe you’re still in the Perpetual Push, waiting for a "break" that keeps moving further down the calendar. Or maybe, you’ve already crossed the threshold into Functional Freeze.
The Freeze is quiet. It looks like "presenteeism." It feels like having "the golden handcuffs" on—showing up, collecting the paycheck, and doing the job, but being completely out of steam. You are physically there, but you’ve dissociated from the passion, the mission, and yourself just to survive the day.
Whether you are running on high-alert or running on empty, your system is in survival mode.
Who This Is For: Identifying Your Current System State
The Internal Capacity Blueprint™ is a body-first, 12-session roadmap designed for high-performers who recognize themselves in one of these states:
The Top-Performer in the "Perpetual Push": You perform each task, reach the project close, and wait for the recovery that never comes. You are successful, but you are plateaued at a high altitude of exhaustion.
The "Golden Handcuff" Professional: You’ve already hit the threshold. You’re present and collecting the paycheck, but you are out of energy. You’ve dissociated from your mission just to survive the day.
The High-Functioning People-Pleaser: You are ready to end the "performance-for-belonging" contract and trade the guilt of saying "no" for the freedom of being authentic.
The Stress Optimizer: You want to lead with calm and clarity, navigating "wrenches" at work without the costly tax of real-time overwhelm.
I learned “rest” isn’t the answer.
For nearly a decade, I navigated the architecture of global HR Tech systems at Workday. I was already deep into my body-mind journey—so much so that I presented on the connection between stress and the body at the Workday Consulting Conference Altitude.
But knowledge of the system is not the same as being able to fix it while you're inside it.
Shortly after that presentation, I hit a wall. It wasn't just overwork; it was a high-stress environment of impending layoffs and a company strategy that felt disconnected. I tried to give myself "rest," but I didn't realize that my system actually needed meaningful upregulation. I was looking for initiatives to impact the business, but nothing took. I retreated into focusing solely on my team—giving 100% of my energy to 50% of my role just to find a sense of purpose.
I was present, but I was misaligned and out of steam. By the time an interesting project finally "thawed" my system, the organizational impact had already been made.
The Breakthrough: I realized that "mindset" and "rest" aren't enough when your internal architecture is misaligned with your environment. I had to move into "3rd Level Thinking"—asking not "How do I do more?" or "How do I rest more?" but "What does my system actually need to feel safe and engaged?" I built this Blueprint to be the direct approach I wish I’d had during those "Golden Handcuff" years.
Our Work Together
The Methodology: A 12-Session Journey into Capacity
My coaching is a guided, customized journey that moves beyond surface-level advice. We start with the Root Discovery Session to identify your current baseline : Nervous system, limiting beliefs, behavioral patterns and your goals for change. This is used to build your Personalized Plan. This serves as the foundational document for our work together.
We use then use the Internal Capacity Blueprint to focus on the core system—your mind and body—to create profound, lasting change.
Pillar 1
Somatic Wisdom & Nervous System Regulation
We move beyond intellectual understanding. Your body is the expert. I'll guide you to learn to listen to your body's subtle signals to identify triggers and gently build your Window of Tolerance—your optimal zone for handling stress and change. This is about finding physical, sustainable peace that you can rely on, no matter the external pressure.
Pillar 2
Rewriting the Subconscious Story
Gently uncover the deep-rooted beliefs (like "I'm not worthy" or "I’m not good enough") that drive your need to push. Using my Integrative Attachment Theory (IAT) informed methods, we will work together to find evidence of the opposite and reframe your relentless inner critic, transforming it from a source of anxiety into an ally for self-support.
Pillar 3
Intentional Living & Boundaries
True balance requires clear action. We will identify your core personal needs and develop simple, practical tools to communicate them with clarity. You will learn to set boundaries that protect your capacity without guilt, enabling you to step fully into intentional living and authentic connection.
Ready to Re-Architect Your Internal System?
I only partner with a small number of clients at a time to ensure I can show up fully regulated and present for your journey. Because this work is deep and personalized, the first step is always a 15-minute Alignment Call.
The Process:
Alignment Call: A brief chat to ensure a "System Match."
Root Awareness Discovery: A 75-minute diagnostic to build your personalized roadmap. (Note: The fee for this session is fully credited toward your program investment if you choose to move forward with the full Blueprint).
The Journey: 12 weeks of somatic and subconscious integration.
